The Traulsen UPT276-R is a compact, one-section refrigerated prep table designed for commercial kitchens with limited space. This 27-inch wide unit is part of Traulsen's Dealer's Choice series and is built for durability and efficiency. It features a stainless steel exterior on the top, front, and sides, along with a corrosion-resistant anodized aluminum interior. The unit is equipped with a refrigerated top that can hold six 1/6 size food pans (4 inches deep, included), with the ability to accommodate pans up to 6 inches deep for increased capacity. A full-length, reversible nylon cutting board and a self-closing, right-hinged door with a "stay-open" feature at 105 degrees enhance user convenience. The UPT276-R utilizes a rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system with an environmentally friendly R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain a consistent temperature range of 34°F to 38°F, ensuring food safety. Mobility is provided by four 4-inch casters, and its front-breathing design allows for zero-clearance installation against walls or other equipment, maximizing kitchen layout flexibility.
