It uses a low-watt density serpentine heater and a fan system to circulate heat, ensuring even temperatures without drying out the food. Key features include a microprocessor control with an LED display for precise temperature management, a top-mounted vent for humidity control, and self-closing, right-hinged doors with cylinder locks for security.
