Featuring a 72-inch footprint, this unit holds up to thirty 1/6-size condiment pans on top—allowing kitchen staff to organize a vast array of toppings and fresh ingredients directly above a full-length, 9.5-inch deep cutting board. Its innovative space-saving sliding lid glides back smoothly, giving line cooks quick access to ingredients without blocking overhead space. To boost operational efficiency and cut maintenance costs, the unit is powered by a patented self-cleaning condenser that automatically sweeps away dust to prevent system failure, while an advanced cold-bunker forced-air system surrounds the top pans in a cold-air shield to keep ingredients safe below 41°F even during rush hours. Below the top rail, a 23 cu. ft. refrigerated base with two locking solid doors and stainless steel shelves provides ample, secure bulk storage. Complete with eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant, a digital monitor system, and an easy-to-clean stainless steel construction inside and out, this prep table lowers energy bills while dramatically improving kitchen output.
