The Advance Tabco SW-2E-120-DR steam table features two 12-inch by 20-inch wells, each capable of holding a full-size, 6-inch-deep pan. Designed for both wet and dry applications, the sealed wells include individual drain valves for easy water removal when used with steam. Each well has its own infinite control valve, located beneath a full-length, 8-inch-wide plastic cutting board, allowing for precise temperature adjustments. A overhead shelf offers space for keeping supplies and dinnerware organized. Built from durable stainless steel, this unit resists rust and supports long-lasting performance.Features
