The American Range AR-10 is a single-deck natural gas convection oven engineered for superior performance and efficiency. Its all-stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, while the unique oven cavity baffle system provides uniform heat distribution for consistent baking results. Designed to accommodate full-size sheet pans from front to back or side to side, this oven maximizes your capacity and helps you bake more in less time. With 90,000 BTU, it delivers rapid heat and recovery. The 50/50 double doors open wide for easy access, and the airtight gaskets provide excellent temperature retention.
