The Beverage-Air HFS1-1HS from the reliable Horizon Series is a high-performance, single-section reach-in freezer designed to meet the rigorous demands of any commercial kitchen. Combining durable stainless steel construction with a powerful, factory-engineered refrigeration system utilizing the effective R-404A refrigerant, this model is built for consistent, low-temperature performance.Features
- Refrigeration System: The system is top-mounted and self-contained, utilizing R-404A refrigerant and a one-half Horsepower (1/2 HP) compressor.
- Temperature Control: Maintains cabinet temperatures at or near minus 10 degrees Fahrenheit and features expansion valve technology for rapid temperature recovery.
- Defrost & Efficiency: Includes a fully automatic defrost system and a hot gas condensate evaporator for energy-efficient operation.
- Construction (Exterior): Features a durable stainless steel front with coil-coated gray painted sides.
- Construction (Interior): The interior liner is made of anodized aluminum with coved corners for easy cleaning, and the cabinet uses 2-inch foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation.
- Capacity: Provides 21 cubic feet of interior storage space (specifically 21.06 cubic feet).
- Doors: Features two half-solid doors equipped with door locks and magnetic door gaskets to minimize cold air loss.
- Door Features: Doors are self-closing via cam-lift hinges and can stay open at a 120 degree angle for easy loading and unloading. The doors are also field reversible.
- Shelving: Interior organization is handled by three adjustable shelves made of heavy-duty epoxy coated wire. The shelves are adjustable in half-inch increments.
