- Refrigerated Pan Rail: The top rail holds up to twelve 1/6 size by 4 inch deep food pans (supplied by others), keeping all your sandwich and salad components organized and ready for assembly. An insulated lid covers the pans to maintain cold temperatures between uses.
- Drawer Storage Capacity: The refrigerated base features four easy-to-access, roll-out drawers. Each drawer can accommodate one full-size 12 inch x 18 inch x 6 inch food pan, or a combination of one 1/2 size and one 1/3 size pan, providing flexible, high-capacity storage for back-up ingredients.
- Durable Workspace: A full-length, 12-inch deep nylon cutting board is included, offering a sturdy and sanitary surface for food preparation and assembly.
- Premium Construction: The exterior is built with a rugged stainless steel front, top, and end panels, complemented by a durable aluminum back and interior.
