Falcon AST-60 Specifications

The Falcon AST-60 sandwich and salad prep table has a cutout compartment on the top that holds 16 sixth-size pans. Food in these pans is kept cold between 33 and 40 degrees Fahrenheit, and to ensure the right temperature, users can cover the ingredients with the lid. On the front, a full-length cutting board provides a place to cut up ingredients, assemble sandwiches, or finish dishes. Both the cutting board and the stainless steel exterior can be cleaned swiftly.
