The Henny Penny 500C is the industry standard for high-volume, consistent fried chicken production. Designed to deliver the "crispy outside, juicy inside" profile made famous by major global chains, this electric pressure fryer allows operators to cook at lower temperatures, which significantly extends oil life and reduces energy costs. Its compact 19-inch footprint makes it a powerhouse for kitchens with limited wall space that cannot compromise on throughput.

  • Computron 2000 Control Center: This advanced digital interface features up to 10 programmable cook cycles, melt modes, and idle modes. It provides precise temperature tracking and automatic load compensation to ensure every batch is identical regardless of the starting temperature of the product.
  • Superior Product Quality: The sealed 12 psi pressure environment raises the boiling point of water, locking in natural juices and preventing the "dried-out" texture common in open fryers.
  • High-Volume Throughput: Capable of a 4-head capacity (approximately 32 pieces of bone-in chicken), this unit can produce up to 14 lbs of product per load in shorter cycles than conventional frying.
