• Patented ThermoGlo™ Heating Technology: This system replaces traditional, fragile heat lamps with a robust, unbreakable flat plate heater. Heat radiates uniformly from every square inch of the surface, ensuring a consistent holding temperature and improved moisture retention for up to 45 minutes.
• Dual-Zone Heating: The unit provides both an upper and lower heat source. The upper heat plate swivels and centers over the meat on the slicer, while the lower plate provides heat to the sliced meat as it falls onto the slicer's landing area and the integrated scale (sold separately).
• Durable and Easy to Clean: Constructed from heavy-gauge stainless steel with a flat, unbreakable heat-radiating metal face, this warmer is built to withstand the rigors of a commercial environment. The smooth surfaces are easy to wipe clean, and the design blocks grease vapors from entering the wiring compartment.
• Swivel Function for Easy Access: The upper heater arm is mounted on a swivel that pivots with a light touch, providing easy access to the slicer for loading and unloading product, as well as for cleaning. It then self-centers over the slicer.
• Integrated Design: The BW4B-3 is specifically designed to be countertop-mounted and is adjustable to accommodate selected models of either Globe or Hobart slicers (slicer not included). The DL2 Scale Warmer is a separate component designed to be used in conjunction with the slicer warmer.
