The Spring USA 2791-ILT is a product in the "iLume" line of infrared heat lamps. It combines modern design with advanced technology to provide superior food warming and presentation for professional food service environments like buffets, carving stations, and catering events.

Features

  • Advanced Infrared Technology: The iLume uses a 300W, 12-inch carbon fiber medium-wave infrared heating element. Unlike traditional heat lamps that only warm the surface of the food, this technology penetrates the food to provide more even and efficient heating, keeping dishes at the ideal serving temperature.
  • Articulating and Multi-Positioning Design: Featuring a dual articulating arm and a 170-degree swivel base, the iLume can be adjusted to a multitude of positions to suit your specific space and vessel requirements. The arm can be raised or lowered to vary heat intensity, while the lamp head can be rotated for vertical or horizontal warming.
  • Energy Efficient: This unit is designed to be highly energy-efficient, providing effective warming at a low 300 watts, which is comparable to the coverage of a double heat lamp.
  • Integrated LED Lighting: Dual LED illuminators highlight the food at a 4000K color temperature, creating an attractive and appealing display. The lighting has two settings: low and high.
  • Safety and Convenience: The iLume includes an auto-shutoff safety feature that activates when the lamp head is tilted below 90 degrees. It also has a collapsible design with a locking feature for easy storage.
  • Daisy-Chain Capability: For added convenience and a streamlined look, up to five iLume units can be connected to a single 120V, 15-amp outlet
  • Durable Construction: Made with a coated aluminum, fingerprint-resistant matte black finish, this heat lamp is built for durability in a commercial setting.
