Description:
The Spring USA SM-261C MAX Induction™ cook-and-hold range has two modes so users can prepare food or hold it until it's ready to be served. When in cook mode, users can set the range to a power level between 1 and 20. In temperature mode, users can turn a knob to set a level between 110 and 400 degrees Fahrenheit.Lighted indicators on the Spring USA SM-261C induction range let users monitor its power, temperature, and pan setting functions. Supporting oversized pans, the unit's cooktop is constructed of 5-millimeter-thick tempered glass. For corrosion resistance, the unit's body is made of stainless steel with a satin finish.
