Description:
The Vollrath ServeWell hot food station has two wells made of thermoset fiber-reinforced resin, which decreases rust and pitting and can be quickly wiped clean. To reduce waste, its heat controls self-adjust as water temperature and food volume ratios change. Efficiency is boosted by the dome heating elements and capillary tube thermostats, which regulate the flow of power to conserve energy. The station also comes with a cutting board and an undercounter plate shelf to help the user serve customers more conveniently.Features
