Featuring a spacious three-section design with approximately 20 cubic feet of refrigerated storage, this unit is equipped with six heavy-duty drawers that accommodate a variety of pan configurations for efficient ingredient organization. The stainless steel top holds up to 18 1/6-size food pans, while the insulated lift-up lid and full-length 10” polyethylene cutting board provide a convenient and sanitary workspace for fast-paced food prep.
