The Vollrath GGMDM-48 is a 48-inch medium-duty flat top gas griddle designed for high-volume foodservice operations such as restaurants, diners, and catering kitchens. Equipped with four stainless steel U-shaped burners, each delivering 28,000 BTUs, it offers a total of 112,000 BTUs, ensuring even and efficient heat distribution across the entire ¾-inch thick polished steel griddle plate. This robust construction allows for consistent cooking temperatures and excellent heat retention, making it ideal for preparing a variety of foods simultaneously.
