Equipped with five individually controlled 28,000 BTU stainless steel U-shaped burners, it delivers a total output of 140,000 BTUs, ensuring even heat distribution across its expansive 60" x 20.5" polished ¾-inch thick steel cooking surface. This design provides ample space and consistent temperatures for preparing a variety of foods, from breakfast staples to grilled meats.
