The Vollrath T38731604A is a 60-inch mobile electric serving counter from the 2-Series Affordable Portable™ Deluxe line, specifically engineered for high-efficiency hot food service. This unit features four sealed thermoset wells that eliminate the need for spillage pans, simplifying both setup and cleanup with the help of a built-in manifold drain. Each well is equipped with individual manual dial controls, providing for precise temperature management of various proteins and sides. The station is built with a durable 20-gauge carbon steel base finished in brushed aluminum vinyl and includes an enclosed storage area for quick access to supplies. For presentation and safety, it comes standard with a buffet-style breath guard and integrated lighting.
