The Vulcan 2TR45DF is a high-powered, natural gas fired fryer system built for busy kitchens. It comes in a two-unit configuration, each with a 14" x 14" frying area and a total oil capacity of 90-100 lbs. This commercial fryer boasts a powerful 140,000 BTU burner and Vulcan's ThreePass heat transfer system for efficient heating and fast oil recovery. Digital controls and safety features like a hi-limit switch make it user-friendly, while a large cold zone at the bottom of the tank extends shortening life.
