This versatile single deck oven cooks fresh pizzas up to 16" in diameter. Everything from thin, thick, and self-rising crusts, to pretzels and sandwiches can be baked with ease. Its unique design and versatile capabilities make the 560 the ideal oven for demanding commercial food service environments.
Will fit up to a 16" pizza. Opening 17" x 2-7/8" will accommodate garlic bread (French loaves), submarines, you name it.
The outer housing and grill front are made of 22 gauge brushed 430 stainless steel. The inner housing and other parts of the oven are made from aluminized steel for corrosion protection.
Time and temperature controlled for even baking. Operates within the range of 200 degrees to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. Recommended for continuous operation, this oven draws very little power to maintain the higher temperature levels for baking of pizza and toasting.
The 15 minute timer will turn the oven on and off signaling the completion of the timed cycle with the bell. For the best results in baking, it is recommended that the timer is turned to the hold position, thus preheating the oven to the desired temperature as selected in the thermostat. When the pilot light goes out the selected temperature has been reached. It takes approximately 10 minutes to preheat the oven to 400 degrees fahrenheit.
