Designed to sit directly on a standard equipment stand or refrigerated chef base along the main cooking line, this 36-inch countertop unit allows line cooks to continuously sear steaks, burgers, chicken, seafood, and vegetables while imparting rich, authentic flame-broiled flavor and professional grill marks. Powered by six heavy-duty 17,000 BTU/hr cast iron burners—delivering a total output of 102,000 BTU/hr—it features individual manual control valves every six inches, giving chefs precise temperature zone control across the entire surface. Reversible heavy-duty cast iron grates feature built-in grease channels to direct runoff into the full-width front grease drawer, reducing flared-up smoke and simplifying maintenance.
