Bomb Biscuit’s flavor runs in the family. Erika’s inspiration comes straight from her own roots—a family that ran a beloved restaurant in Chapel Hill, North Carolina for 50 years, and a mother’s side built on church-kitchen fried chicken and fried fish recipes passed down through generations.

That heritage shows up on every plate, from the brunch burger and fried chicken sandwiches to a lineup of sides—French fries included—that let guests switch it up however they like.

Erika is known for her buttermilk biscuits, and for good reason. Every one is hand-rolled and made fresh each day—never frozen—using Banner Butter and fresh buttermilk delivered weekly.

The classic buttermilk biscuit tops most of the sandwiches, but the variety is half the fun: cheddar jalapeño, black pepper bacon, and chocolate chip each bring something different.
