The sales team at ACityDiscount is known around our office for their friendly spirit and infectious attitudes. At any given moment you can find them working tirelessly to find the best possible deals for our customers.
Hap Schneider, General Manager, joined ACityDiscount in early 2010, bringing with him extensive equipment knowledge and decades of restaurant industry experience including managing restaurants and nightclubs and 20 plus years in food service equipment sales. The collective sales staff, overseen by Executive Vice President, Marty Stack, have come from varying sectors of the restaurant industry, including former chefs, front of the house workers, vendors and manufacturer representatives, totaling over one hundred years of food service industry experience combined!
Rudy Herring, Lead Sales, and Josh Cochran, who has been with ACityDiscount for over a decade, are hood systems experts. Rudy uses his 20 plus years of restaurant experience with Darden Industries, to advise customers on ordering appropriate cooking equipment for their menu needs. Jon Katz, with nearly 10 years of equipment sales experience, specializes in walk-in coolers and freezers, and restaurant furniture. Alan Hicks, one of our newest team members has been selling restaurant equipment for nearly 7 years. Alan is ACityDiscount's commercial refrigeration and ice machine specialist. Larry Rodriguez honed his culinary skills while running his family restaurant before joining our team and uses his personal experience to discuss the application and benefits of products with our customers. Larry also uses his bilingual abilities to advise our Spanish-speaking customers.
Krista Haynes and Mike Ellin work at the front counter in the Atlanta Showroom. Mike came to ACityDiscount with a wealth of knowledge and plenty of experience managing restaurants and nightclubs as well as working as a manufacturer's rep and for other local dealers. Krista uses her experience in restaurant equipment sales to provide our customers with accurate and dependable information. Our front counter team continuously utilizes their impeccable customer service skills, which always makes each visit to the ACityDiscount Atlanta showroom a great experience.
ACityDiscount is proud to be known for our comprehensive product knowledge and customer service. Charlotte Daniels, Lead Sales Assistant, draws on her background in the food service industry and customer service, to provide sales assistance to the entire department. Justin Ramaglia, Sales Assistant, uses his extensive background working in restaurant kitchens to his advantage when providing support not only to our sales team, but also to our customers.
In order to make the showroom aesthetically appealing, functional and easy to navigate, our merchandising team, lead by Merchandising Manager, Patty Stack, works diligently in the distribution of all incoming and outgoing merchandise on our showroom floor. Assisting Patty is Alec Poore, who coordinates between several departments to display both new and used items on our showroom floor.
