Providing Our Customers Support
Whether an ACityDiscount employee is in customer service, sales, shipping, or billing…we feel everyone’s work has a direct impact on our customers. All ACityDiscount team members work hard to sell and promote desired products, ensure prompt shipping, and ultimately impact customer satisfaction. Under the leadership of David Dekkers, three individuals were selected to be a part of the exclusive Customer Service Team. Take a moment to meet our team:
Originating from within the sales department, David was elevated to Customer Service Manager at the beginning of 2012. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, he attended Penn State University and has been living in Georgia for 5 years. He has abundant knowledge of restaurants and their operation, having deep family roots in the industry as well as managing one himself. David was previously a commercial plumbing and HVAC contractor, which helps him tremendously when troubleshooting issues with customers. He is always helpful to any one who asks and enjoys sharing his knowledge of equipment and industry with customers and employees. David is approaching his two-year mark with ACityDiscount and is getting married later this year.
She splits her time between Sales Team Support and Customer Service. Born in Puerto Rico, she and her family came to the States when she was 6 years old. She graduated from Flowery Branch High in 2010 and is currently attending Interactive College of Technology for a degree in business. Kristina was heavily into sports before college, participating in Track and Field, Weightlifting, and the Step Team. In her spare time she loves to read and can speak English and Spanish fluently.
Lynda has been with ACityDiscount for 9 years. She was an integral part of the building of the company over the last decade and has held numerous positions. She is split between sales and customer service, offering assistance to both. She currently handles eBay relations with customers as well as freight claims.
