From Dishwasher to Director
Raymond’s career in the foodservice industry began humbly—as a dishwasher. Through dedication, hard work, and a passion for hospitality, he steadily worked his way up the ranks to become a Director of Operations, VP of Marketing, and today, Director of District Sales at ACityDiscount.
This remarkable path gives Raymond a unique perspective. He understands the challenges foodservice operators face because he’s been there himself—making him an invaluable resource for our customers and team alike.
Leading with Experience
Raymond leads and mentors our outside sales team, guiding them to help customers make informed decisions on equipment and design. His leadership style emphasizes practical, results-driven solutions that help restaurants and foodservice businesses succeed long-term.
Currently, he’s spearheading our new Warewashing Program, designed to:
- Reduce chemical costs.
- Improve efficiency.
- Help operators avoid unnecessary revenue loss.
It’s just one more way Raymond is applying his operational knowledge to solve real challenges for the industry.
“I’ve been in their shoes. I know the importance of choosing efficient equipment and building vendor relationships that actually help you grow,” Raymond explains.
