APW Wyott EG-48S Specifications
APW Wyott EG-48S is a 48-inch electric countertop griddle that is ideal for commercial kitchens and food trucks. It features three independently controlled heating zones, a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, and a thick, smooth polished steel cooking surface. The griddle comes with standard configuration for single phase electric connection and is able to be converted to 3 phase if needed. This griddle is perfect for preparing a variety of foods, including burgers, chicken, pancakes, and eggs.
