MODEL HN-48/P SELF-SERVICE HOT DISPLAY CASE
The customer self-service opening is 43-7/16" (1103mm) wide and is located across the full length of the case front (customer side). One (1) protective shield is mounted on the front of the case as a customer heat guard. The case includes one (1) self-serve pan and two (2) wire pan grids..18 gauge, non-magnetic stainless steel in a 4' (1219mm) long case. A curved, tempered glass front encloses the display case and can be lifted to a 90 degree angle for easy cleaning. The heated base is divided into two (2) heat zones. Each heat zone includes one (1) indicator light, and each zone is controlled by one (1) ON/OFF adjustable thermostat with a range of 1 through 10. Six (6) 100 watt shatterproof coated bulbs are enclosed in the top of the case and are divided into two (2) light zones, with each zone controlled by one (1) HI/LOW/OFF switch. The case includes two (2) removable and bronze-reflective tempered glass sliding doors on the operator side, and one (1) 3/4" x 10" x 35" (19mm x 254mm x 889mm) work-shelf. Two (2) 125V plug outlets are included on 120/208-240V units only.
