The M series heavy-duty convection is a new series of oven. The all stainless steel exterior construction gives an elegant look. Unique oven cavity baffle system provides maximum efficiency. Designed and built for superior performance and long life.

Pull-out control panel for easy access to control system.
Large oven cavity width and depth will accommodate full size sheet pans, front to back or side to side. Majestic smooth air flow system - turbo-flow system provides even cooking throughout the entire oven. There is a diagram of how the system works under "more images."
Two 40 watt oven lights provided for maximum viewing of the interior.
