The Bus Boy model B1000 1 HP disposer is designed for intermediate-sized installations with mostly average and some heavy food waste.

  • Dual-directional, 1 HP, 1725 RPM motor is totally enclosed for maximum protection against moisture.
  • Motor is fan-cooled with integral thermal overload protection
  • Permanently lubricated bearing system
  • Dual independent motor shaft seal protects motor from water damage
  • Corrosion-resistant hopper with auxiliary water inlet and 6" throat opening
  • 6-3/4" diameter, cast chrome alloy grinding sleeve
  • Works with 12", 15" and 18" diameter adapter cones, sold separately. All mounting assemblies include specially-designed neoprene silencers which isolate disposers from metal-to-metal contact, absorb vibration and greatly reduce noise levels
  • Waste outlet pipe size is 2"
  • No control panel included

Bus Boy Disposer 5 stars

This commercial Bus Boy garbage disposal is perfect for medium duty commercial applications. It is powerful and quiet at the same time. I would rcommend this disposer over others.
