The Crown CG-20S is a high-performance, gas-fired steam generator designed to power a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, most commonly used in conjunction with convection steamers or as the heating source for large-scale steam jackets. This unit features a compact 24-inch wide cabinet base that houses a high-efficiency boiler capable of generating enough steam for up to two stacked steamer compartments.
