The Crown DDA-3S is a high-capacity, direct-steam atmospheric steamer designed for high-volume commercial kitchens with access to a central house steam supply. This model features a three-compartment stack mounted on a 36-inch wide stainless steel cabinet base, providing an expansive capacity. Equipped with independent 60-minute timers and audible alarms for each chamber, it allows chefs to manage diverse menu items simultaneously. Because it utilizes direct steam, the DDA-3S offers nearly instantaneous recovery times and consistent heat distribution, making it ideal for bulk cooking of vegetables, seafood, and starches.
