The Crown DMS-30S is a high-performance, direct-steam kettle designed for high-volume commercial kitchens with an existing house steam supply. This model features a 30-gallon capacity and a versatile rectangular cooking surface, making it ideal for a wide range of culinary tasks including grilling, sauteing, simmering, and even pan-frying. The DMS-30S utilizes an all-welded steam-jacketed base to provide exceptionally uniform heat distribution, which eliminates hot spots and prevents the scorching of delicate sauces or large batches of grains.
