The Crown DMS-60S is a high-capacity, direct-steam stationary kettle designed for the most demanding high-volume institutional and industrial kitchens. Featuring a massive 60-gallon capacity, this unit allows for versatile food preparation, including browning, steaming, frying, and simmering in massive batches. Because it utilizes a facility's existing house steam supply to heat the all-welded steam-jacketed base, the DMS-60S offers exceptionally fast recovery times and uniform heat distribution.
