The Crown DMT-60S is a high-output, direct-steam tilting kettle designed to be the heavy-duty centerpiece of high-volume institutional and industrial kitchens. This massive 60-gallon capacity (227 liters) unit is engineered to leverage your facility's existing steam supply, providing the rapid boiling and nearly instantaneous thermal recovery required for continuous, back-to-back production of soups, stews, and stocks.
