This expansive unit is mounted on a 60-inch wide cabinet base and features a dual-compartment convection steamer alongside two integrated tilting kettles—one 6-gallon and one 10-gallon capacity. The steamer portion provides a ten-pan total capacity. Powered by a heavy-duty electric boiler housed in the cabinet, the system allows for the simultaneous preparation of bulk proteins and vegetables in the steamer while soups, stews, or sauces simmer in the adjacent kettles.
