The Crown Steam ECX-10S-6 is a versatile, electric-powered cooking center designed for high-volume foodservice operations that require both steaming and kettle-cooking capabilities within a single footprint. Mounted on a 44-inch wide cabinet base, this unit features a dual-compartment convection steamer—with each cavity accommodating five full-size pans—integrated alongside a 6-gallon electric tilting kettle. Powered by a high-output internal electric steam boiler housed in the cabinet, the ECX-10S-6 allows chefs to simultaneously steam large batches of vegetables or proteins while simmering sauces, stews, or gravies in the adjacent kettle.
