This comprehensive unit features a two-compartment convection steamer—with each cavity holding five full-size pans—paired with two 6-gallon tilting kettles. Powered by a high-output internal electric steam boiler housed in the cabinet, this system allows high-volume kitchens to simultaneously steam vegetables or proteins while simmering large batches of soups, sauces, or stews in the kettles.
