The ECX-2S-36 is a high-capacity, electric convection steamer mounted on a 36-inch wide cabinet base, designed to serve as a high-volume workhorse in commercial and institutional kitchens. This model features two independent steaming compartments, each accommodating three full-size pans. By housing a powerful electric steam generator within the spacious cabinet base, the ECX-2S-36 provides the rapid heat transfer and high-velocity steam circulation necessary to cook large batches of vegetables, seafood, and proteins simultaneously without flavor migration.
