The Southbend GCX-2S-6-10 is a versatile, high-output cooking center that integrates a convection steamer with two integrated steam kettles on a single, gas-fired cabinet base. This unit features a dual-compartment convection steamer—each capable of holding three full-size pans for a six-pan total capacity—alongside both a 6-gallon and a 10-gallon tilting kettle. Powered by a high-efficiency 250,000 BTU gas boiler housed in a 60-inch wide cabinet, the system allows for the simultaneous preparation of steamed proteins and vegetables while simmering large batches of soups or sauces in the kettles.
