The Crown KDPS-20F is a professional-grade, direct-steam pedestal kettle designed for kitchens with access to an existing house steam supply. This model features a 20-gallon capacity and a 2/3 steam jacket that ensures rapid, uniform heat distribution, making it ideal for preparing mid-sized batches of sauces, stews, and soups without the risk of scorching. Its flange-bolt pedestal base allows the unit to be securely and permanently anchored to the floor for maximum stability during high-volume production. To ensure longevity and resistance against the pitting caused by high-acid food products, the kettle is constructed with a 304 stainless steel exterior and a 316 stainless steel interior liner. Standard features include a steam control valve, a pressure relief valve, and a large 2-inch draw-off valve with a perforated strainer for the safe and efficient drainage of finished products.
