Crown Steam KELS-25 Specifications
The Crown KELS-25 is a high-efficiency, electric-powered stationary kettle designed for high-volume commercial and institutional kitchens that require a dedicated, self-contained boiling solution. This model features a 25-gallon capacity and operates using an integrated electric heating system that powers a 2/3 steam jacket, which is permanently filled with distilled water and an antifreeze inhibitor. This design allows the kettle to generate its own steam internally, making it an excellent choice for facilities without an existing house steam boiler. For maximum durability and hygiene, the unit is constructed with a 304 stainless steel exterior and a 316 stainless steel interior liner, which provides superior resistance to pitting and corrosion from high-acid foods.
