Crown Steam KSLG-30 Specifications
The Crown KSLG-30 is a high-performance, gas-powered tilting kettle designed for mid-to-large scale commercial kitchens that require a self-contained boiling solution. This model features a 30-gallon capacity and utilizes a 2/3 steam jacket permanently filled with a distilled water and antifreeze solution, allowing the unit to generate its own steam heat via an internal gas burner. For maximum durability and hygiene, it is constructed with a 304 stainless steel exterior and a 316 stainless steel interior liner, which offers superior resistance to pitting from high-acid foods.
