The Crown KSLG-60 is an high-efficiency, gas-powered self-contained steam kettle designed for heavy-duty volume in large institutional kitchens. Featuring a 60-gallon capacity, its integrated gas-fired steam generator utilizes a 2/3 steam jacket permanently filled with distilled water and an antifreeze inhibitor to create a closed-loop heating system. This allows the kettle to reach high temperatures rapidly without the need for an external boiler.
