The Crown GLT-40F is a high-capacity, gas-powered floor model tilting kettle designed for the demanding requirements of high-volume commercial and institutional kitchens. This unit features a 40-gallon capacity and full steam jacket that is permanently filled with distilled water and an antifreeze inhibitor, allowing it to generate its own steam without an external boiler. For ease of use and safety, it is equipped with a manual tilt mechanism operated by a precision-controlled handwheel, allowing for the smooth pouring of heavy contents.
