Everest Refrigeration EDA1 Specifications
The Everest Refrigeration EDA1 is a one-section dry aging and thawing cabinet offering 22 cubic feet of capacity in a 29-1/4" wide footprint - a solid single-door option for restaurants and specialty butcher shops that want meaningful dry aging capacity without the footprint of a larger two-section unit. A field reversible locking glass door and four stainless steel shelves make it easy to keep product organized and visible throughout the aging or thawing process.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and LED interior lighting with an on/off switch keep conditions precise and consistent - a capable, well-designed dry aging solution for serious meat programs.
