The Everest Refrigeration EDA1-S is a compact one-section dry aging and thawing cabinet offering 10 cubic feet of capacity in a slim 24" wide footprint — an accessible entry point for restaurants and specialty butcher shops that want to offer dry aged product without committing to a larger unit. A field reversible locking glass door and three stainless steel shelves make it easy to monitor and organize product throughout the aging or thawing process.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and LED interior lighting with an on/off switch keep conditions precise and consistent — a compact but capable dry aging solution for operations just getting started or working with limited space.
