The Everest Refrigeration EDA2 is a two-section dry aging and thawing cabinet offering 50 cubic feet of capacity behind two field reversible locking glass doors — a versatile, purpose-built unit for restaurants and butcher shops looking to dry age beef or safely thaw proteins in a controlled environment. Eight stainless steel shelves and clear glass doors make it easy to monitor product at every stage of the process without opening the cabinet.
Digital controls with an LED display, auto defrost, and LED interior lighting with an on/off switch keep conditions precise and consistent — a professional-grade aging and thawing solution that's as functional as it is impressive to look at.
