Garland X36-2G24R Specifications
This 36" Gas Restaurant Range is a quality unit to own. It features a 24" Griddle with a 5/8" thick plate and (2) gas burners. Its apart of the Sunfire range series, and could really help your back-of-house operations run nicely. The oven measures in at 26-1/4"W x 22"D x 13"H for baking a variety of foods with accuracy. Its heavy duty open door has a "cool-to-touch" handle for safety during use. The burners have cast iron grates, and can take continuous cooking on it's surface. Cleanliness is a priority; the stainless steel make of the model and drip trays help maintain the unit. It's great for casual dining restaurants, breakfast diners, cafeterias, and other food service establishments.
