With 6-inch tubes and high heat baffles for better transfer of heat into the oil rather than up the flue. A larger cold zone helps keep more particles out of the cooking area, prolonging oil life and reducing flavor transfer. This natural gas floor model fryer features a high-limit thermostat with auto gas supply shut off, twin nickel chrome baskets, 1-1/4" ball-type port drain with extension pipe.
