Built to handle the fast-paced environments of cafes, delis, food trucks, and satellite bar kitchens, this compact 10" x 10" single countertop grill combines uniform heating with rugged durability.
The core of the GPG10 features heavy-duty, pre-seasoned cast iron plates. The deeply grooved top and bottom designs create those signature, eye-catching sear marks that add premium visual value to paninis, reubens, quesadillas, and grilled vegetables. Driven by an efficient 1800-watt heating element, the thermostatic controls allow operators to adjust and lock in cooking temperatures up to 570°F. For maximum physical longevity, the internal wiring is safely encased inside a protective stainless steel tube, completely shielding it from grease buildup and the daily wear of a busy line. A heavy-duty spring hinge with adjustable tension ensures even pressure across thick artisan breads without crushing them. Simply plug this stainless steel unit into a standard 120V outlet to expand your hot sandwich capabilities.
Please Note: Allow 15-30 minutes to properly preheat the grill before cooking.
Food debris in cast iron grooves can be tedious to clean. While this unit includes a flat mini scraper, the Globe PANINI-BRUSH Heavy-Duty Wire Brush and additional replacement scrapers can also be ordered. Please call our sales department for details.
