Explicitly engineered for high-volume cafes, fast-casual delis, and busy lunch lines, this single countertop electric grill features a generous 14" x 14" cooking footprint combined with a built-in electronic digital timer. With 4 easily programmable presets, operators can ensure perfect, repeatable crust crisping and internal warming—regardless of who is working the line.
The GPG14D is built with premium, heavy-duty seasoned cast iron plates that offer superior heat retention and rapid thermal recovery during rushes. The deep grooves on both the top and bottom plates stamp flawless, high-contrast grill lines onto paninis, signature sandwiches, wraps, and proteins. Powered by a robust 1800-watt heating element, the unit provides thermostatic control up to 570°F. Designed to withstand demanding kitchen environments, its vital wiring is fully protected inside a heavy-duty stainless steel conduit tube, preventing degradation from grease and oil. A counter-balanced spring hinge with adjustable tension applies level pressure across thick-cut artisan breads without flattening them. Running on standard 120V power, this stainless steel commercial grill is ready to drop right into your kitchen workflow.Please Note: Allow 15-30 minutes to properly preheat the grill before cooking.
Food debris in cast iron grooves can be tedious to clean. While this unit includes a flat mini scraper, the Globe PANINI-BRUSH Heavy-Duty Wire Brush and additional replacement scrapers can also be ordered. Please call our sales department for details.
